Kameleon Solutions expands further: Inauguration of the first EU office, marking the fifth worldwide

Kameleon Solutions, the leading Salesforce partner in the Adriatic region, is extending its reach into the markets of the EU, USA, and Canada.

It is our pleasure to announce to our partners and associates that the fifth representative office of Kameleon Solutions has officially opened its doors in the Croatian capital – Zagreb.

Established in 2018 with its headquarters in Belgrade, Serbia, Kameleon Solutions has progressively expanded with representative offices in Skopje (North Macedonia), Amman (Jordan), and Lagos (Nigeria). Following over half a decade of successful operations, the time has come for the establishment of our fifth office, strategically located within the European Union. The leadership of the Zagreb department will be helmed by Filip Novak and Ivan Nikšić.

Transitioning from a corporate entity to a partner: A fusion of the best practices

Filip Novak brings extensive experience in working with Salesforce solutions, having served as one of the Territory Managers for the Adriatic Region at Salesforce for the past four years. After a series of highly successful collaborations and the successful implementation of numerous large-scale projects with Novak, our joint decision was reached: Novak will continue his collaboration with Salesforce but, in a novel capacity, as a Salesforce partner within the Kameleon team. Alongside Ivan Nikšić, Novak assumes a Managing Partner role in the Zagreb office, focusing on the implementation of Salesforce solutions for global clients, with a particular emphasis on the EU, US, and Canadian markets.

Ivan Nikšić has joined the Kameleon team after managing operations for ten years of his family-owned construction business. Following his experience in operations and industry knowledge, he will be taking on the role of the operations director and will be spearheading projects in the AEC industry. Together with Filip, he brings a fresh perspective to the Kameleon team and launches new initiatives targeting industries that provide a promising perspective for further business development.

This step represents a significant opportunity for the growth of Kameleon Solutions, and we are confident that this decision will yield manifold benefits for the quality of services we offer to our clients. With the addition of Filip and Ivan, coupled with the establishment of our new office, we envision a synergy and blending of the best practices from both worlds – Salesforce and partners.

Plans for EU operations: Replicating past successes in new markets

Over the past five years, Kameleon Solutions has successfully executed more than 45 Salesforce solution implementation projects. Particularly notable among these achievements are the successful CRM implementations for Generali Serbia, a division of the esteemed Generali Group — one of the leading global insurance providers — and for Sportvision, the prominent regional brand specializing in the sale of sports shoes, clothing, and equipment.

The success of these endeavours is aptly demonstrated by an impressive average client satisfaction rating of 4.9 out of 5. With a team of 40 employees holding over 100 Salesforce certifications, Kameleon Solutions stands as one of the most accomplished and decorated Salesforce partners in this region.
